Printing and Packaging Specs
PRINTING: All paper materials are printed in the USA using vegetable-based inks. Fabrics are printed in the USA using pigment inks. (Almost everything is printed in North Carolina specifically.)

ENVELOPES: Made in the USA. Occasionally envelope colors may vary, depending on availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, so the following are approximate (USPS First Class and Priority; USA only): 

• up to 0.75 lb = $6-$8
• 0.76 - 1 lb = $12
• 1.01 - 2 lbs = $16
• 2.01 - 3 lbs = $21.50
• 3.01 - 4 lbs = $24
• 4.01 - 5 lbs = $28
• over 5.01 lbs = $31

JAKE & META, LLC will ship  all orders within 2-3 business days. We will notify customers within 24  hours if for some reason your order is delayed or was unable to be processed.  

Sales Tax

JAKE & META, LLC charges  North Carolina sales tax for merchandise ordered and shipped to  locations within North Carolina. Sales tax is based on the shipping address, not the billing address.

Return Policy

Please notify us within 24 hours in the event your merchandise was  damaged during shipment. In such a case, we will exchange the item or credit your account. 

Though we're sure you will be completely satisfied with your selections, JAKE & META, LLC will exchange items that are shipped back to us in their original  packaging and in resalable condition (freight costs will be the  responsibility of the customer).
